Time Management Workshops for Businesses in the Washington, DC Metro Area, Maryland and Virginia. Our time management workshop brings together the best methods from a number of proven time management systems. This means we work through multiple ways to manage your time to find what works best for each individual instead of trying to make everyone fit into one way of managing time. We will help you and your team identify common time management problems, develop individualized solutions to these problems and set up a time management system. Each participant will receive a workbook with time management strategies to help implement the systems discussed during the workshop. This workshop can be run as one four hour session or as one hour a week sessions for four consecutive weeks. Teleconferencing is also available to reach those who are not in the office or for virtual office type businesses. For those who need additional support, Time Management Coaching is available to provide the support and accountability needed for success.
