Organizing and Time Management Workshops for Individuals in the Washington, DC Metro Area, Maryland and Virginia. Time Management Workshop: Who needs more hours in the day to accomplish everything done? You can’t add hours to the day, but you can become more efficient through organizing your space and managing your time in your home or office (or home office). With better time management and physical organization, you can prioritize the areas of your life that are most important to you and achieve your goals. This workshop will help you identify common time management problems, develop solutions to these problems and set up a time management system. You will receive a workbook with time management strategies to help you implement the systems discussed during class. The Organized Family: Carpools and dinners and laundry, oh my! This seminar will focus on strategies to help your home run smoothly. The topics covered include: meal planning, organization strategies for your entry way, ways to contain toys (for kids of all ages J), scheduling that works and many more. The needs of the class will guide the amount of time spent on each topic and there will be extensive time in this seminar for questions. A handbook on organizing your family is included in the cost of the class. Organizing with ADD/ADHD: This workshop will help you identify the specific issues you face in organizing with ADD/ADHD and develop solutions to overcome your difficulties.
