More Information about Time Management Coaching: Coaching occurs primarily by telephone. The first conversations focus on the struggles you face in managing time. We then work together to develop solutions and systems that work for you. As a coach, I research your time management challenges so that we have all of the information necessary to reach your goals. Once coaching begins, you will receive e-mails as reminders of the time management goals set during the weekly coaching conversation and the plan developed to achieve them. The coach will also remind you about any pressing deadlines for completing work. The partnership between the coach and client provides the support necessary to increase productivity and reduce stress. Our initial coaching conversation will be 1-2 hours. Following this, the most popular scheduling choice for time management coaching is a 30 minute conversation every week. Some clients prefer to talk for 1 hour every week or every other wek. In addition, you may e-mail me at any time with your concerns or questions and I will respond within 24 hours. The scheduling is flexible and can be changed to fit your needs. In addition to time management coaching, I also provide hands-on professional organizing services. Organizing is usually done in 2 to 4 hour appointments scheduled as needed at the client’s convenience. As a professional organizer, I help clients establish the organized office that is necessary for efficiency and productivity. We set up systems for paper and e-mail management so that time isn’t wasted looking for misplaced information. These physical organizational systems are necessary for time management coaching to be effective. |
